I have an issue whereas the cover that came with my pool is too small. Every number I call is either disconnected or the mailbox is full or I have to leave a call back which I have never gotten. I finally called customer service overseas with the hope I will get a hold of someone. The customer service for Bestway is virtually non-existing and I will NEVER get another pool from them or recommend them to anyone User's recommendation: Do not deal with this company.
