Cannot contact the Corporate office

I have tried to contact Redfin Realty corporate office on three different day at different times of day and got a recording say we will be with you shortly. I waited 18 minutes the first time, 23 minutes the second time and am currently at 20 minutes wait time with no answer. Are they that much afraid to answer the phone or are they a scam? User's recommendation: Do not use Redfin!!
