Since then, I never received any communication that my order has shipped. When I went to contact the company, there is no phone listed, no email address listed, and no physical address listed. There is a phone number on the webpage listing, which when called changes to either 888-486-**** or 877-647-****. A voice messaging machine answers and directs those seeking status of their order to go to www.getorderstatus.com. That site is generic in nature and offers several ways to look up an order. However, the information that I provided always came back with the same response - No Order Could Be Found. This site appears to be illegitimate and the company a scam. User's recommendation: Don’t order a thing from Pocket Hose Silver Bullet.
