No where on their page did it say this was a booking that cannot be changed or cancelled. I just want to change the location, I'm still planning to spend the money. The virtual agent is worthless. It is near impossible to talk to a human. I'm waiting now for a call back. We shall see. I'm suspect that this company is about to close and they just don't care anymore User's recommendation: Stay AWAY!
