I was told by rep that my social matches a dead person .I have this number forever .Banks IRS INS local government agencies have no problem .For some reason these idiots have bad information sources .It is a one hundred and twenty mile round trip to the local SS office .Which is closed appt only So now I have to wait twenty four to forty eight hours for a phone call .Moronic company is all I will say . User's recommendation: Don’t use this moronic company .
