Received a $5 gift card for buying an 18 pack Bud Light. Sent in all the information requested and they mailed me a gift card. But the card will not activate by entering information from card on computer or by phone. This has taken so much time and aggravation. It's impossible to get a human to speak to, even though they have a customer service section, and I STILL get the message that activation cannot be done. User's recommendation: What happened to a live person to talk to in customer service.
