Cannot access surveys

I log on to available survey and get a blank window. There is a survey junkie icon in the overhead bar (I don't know the name of the bar nor can I describe the icon). Nevertheless there is no action and I cannot access a survey. On my end or yours? I am very close to completing the latest 500 challenge, but I've been stuck in my tracks. Please help. Thanks, Selma
