☆⊙☆Update... Hi, Rebecca Campbell here, i had originally complained on July 20th... Well since then... The Elusive artfire.com finally after 39+ emails they responded back to me and it was only after after i made a complaint with the united states postal service fraud investigation team, their federal police law enforcement. Artfires response to me is they were not responsiable for a refund, to contact seller, the seller had deleted his account, i told them that. Artfire hasnt emailed me back on another response. I went to my bank and told them, they started a refund process to visa for me, visa will give me a refund. I had kept every email i sent to artfire and the ones i sent to seller that he never responded to, i showed them returned emails, i showed them the sellers artfire page showing he disapeered and my bank statements show he took my payment through my visa bank debit card. I have the emails to the USPS and the emails they sent me and emails from the law enforcement team for the UPPS. If you havent started doing what i did, start now, thats your evidence for getting your money back through your credit card company, good luck. I also think we should all get together and start a class action lawsuit against artfire. The sellers should be vetted! Credintials must be provided, they didnt and they are letting in scammers to scam us!!! ●√● Please Leave a reply if you think we should all come together for a class action suit against Artfire.com...
