Order Ref - 180688**** I have booked flights through your website, a return from London to Naples and now I have to cancel due to new restrictions in Italy. I also realised that the flight I had booked was actually cancelled and I was moved onto a later flight. I have tried to cancel direct with the airline British Airways but they said the only way to change or cancel the booking is direct with you, the booking agent. I have called your customer service helpline and have had no help. Please can you help me cancel these flights and get a full refund.
