Cancelling auto pay & trouble getting into my account
Hello, I have had trouble getting into my account numerous times with my usual email above. It keeps asking for me to prove my identity. Finally I used a friends email address and was able to get in. I want to cancel AUTO PAY please!!!! I followed ALL the instructions and it is not working. I did Not sign up from my cell, I did so from my PC. Please let me know I will NOT be charged again at the end of my term coming up. Thank you. Karen
