cancelled flight, no refund

I booked tickets with the company Nature Air located in San Jose Costa Rica. I bought 2 childrens tickets, 2 adults, and 1 senior, spending $675. The flight was scheduled to leave San Jose July 25th 2018 to Tortuguero and return July 27th 2018. My confirmation number is 1662522. Nature air sent me the attached email 5 days ago saying the flight was cancelled and my money would be refunded. I have been unable to contact them nor have I received a refund.
