Cancelled dental first the same day and keep getting bill

I was given sales pitch for dental work and was in pain and wanted to leave to fill prescription pain med. The sales person kept talking about financing dental work and I don't know why because I have dental insurance and I could afford to pay my share. I signed some papers and got out as quickly as I could, not knowing I was signing my life away. I got scammed, never used and getting billed.
