I bought tickets February 2020. Bon Jovi concert in June cancelled due to Covid. I requested refund as Bon Jovi himself said on TV interview he was cancelling concerts instead of rescheduling so ticket goers would receive a refund. Well no way will Online give us a refund. They issued a credit and the credit has no expiration date on it. I have been trying to reach them to see if credit is valid and if they will still honor them since events are still not happening due to Covid. I am unable to reach them anyway I try, Phone dissconnects, email bounces back and messaging goes all crazy and can't see it. I am afraid I am just out my $300 and at this time I could really use that. User's recommendation: DONT use them, they are crooked as heck!!
