Had a problem with a stacked washer/dryer, looked up service companies in my area on line. Called several service contractors phone numbers and always ended up talking to American Home Shield Pro Connect call center. I don't have a service contract with AHSRC, just wanted to pay and have my washer fixed. They've now cancelled three appointments !! separate appointmen appoi appointments appointments User's recommendation: If you get AHSRC when you call a repairman, HANG UP !!!
