Update by user Jul 08, 2020 Correction...I should NOT have been Charged anything today. Original review posted by user Jul 08, 2020 I was hung up on (7/8/20 at 10:41am)after waiting 20+ minutes. The representative put me on hold while waiting to request a refund he hung up. Please note...I cancelled this VIP membership when I ordered last two sandals in April/May. I should have been charged today. Please refund my $39.95 immediately I NO LONGER WANT TO PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY AT THIS TIME.
