Hi this is mrs Beena Mahendar Puri. I have booked my travel tickets and hotels (group Booking) through Neem holidays pvt Ltd for Australia and paid advance of Rs.107200/- however due to medical urgency not able to travel and medical certificate for the same also provided well in advance. attached medical certificate for the same. we are now asking for refund from Neem Holidays Pvt Ltd but we are not getting prompt response from them. I have been trying to reach them for a long while now and the response level very pathetic. I therefore would appreciate your kind action on Neem holidays pvt ltd to get my money refunded.
