CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY CARD PAYMENT “MISPAR RICUZ 579****”

Hi , My Visa Cal card is being charged a monthly fee by Bezeq of NIS 176.88 I do not use your services and have not done so since November 2019 when the contract was cancelled, please can you do two things: -Immediately cease the monthly charge -Refund me for the last twelve months payment you have taken from me.
