I took out a home contents policy with Outsurance and after having gone through the policy documents, I decided to cancel it because it did not meet my requirements and request my to stop the debit however it went through on 16 September 2020. Upon seeing that there's was no response to my email I tried to call but could not get through. My ID number is [protected].
