26,000 + on my taxes and I never dealt with Ditech. And can't get in contact with anyone from the numbers on the site to clear this up. All the numbers don't work or are no longer in service. This makes it very difficult to contact them. I sent my number and have not received a call as of yet. A whole month of calling and was not able to get any help for Ditech just a run. User's recommendation: Don't depend on help from Ditech with issues with your account.
