Please cancel your automatic renewal of avast. My order number is 972988****. The last four digits of my credit card is 1105. I have attempted to cancel and get a refund utilizing your customer service instructions. I have saved my cancellation and refund attempts. I will forward all of this information to The Office of the Attorney General, State of Wyoming Consumer Fraud Division if my order is not canceled and my charge is refunded.
