Cancellation and and debiting me the full amount I did not authorize

I told them to freeze my account for another month, and they told me they already sent the debit order to debit the full amount. I told them I want to cancel with immediate effect they gave me a run around and till today no one has replied to my emails. The just debited my account r399 again for August but I told them I was to cancel. Their customer service is horrible, and they have no empathy for their customers the only thing they care about is money thats all!!! Cancel this *** services!!!! User's recommendation: No go area for a gym service.
