Canceling my booking

We made a booking for 11 August 2021. Due to a hip replacement my wife had to undergo we try to cancel our booking. Due to the fact that we have not received any information on our booking we struggle to get hold of our booking. At last when we got hold of our booking we could not find a contact number in South Africa to cancel our booking or get assistance on it. User's recommendation: Make sure you know whom your booking was made with and that you get information on your booking.
