Customer service in the process of changing my reservations canceled them instead, and because I was refunded $143 for which I paid $15,348. Customer Service said there was nothing they could do. I sent an appeal to the Customer Contact Center and was told I was reimbursed...Case closed. I even provided documentation of the e-tickets that were being issued. User's recommendation: Do not trust the Customer Service people.
