Canceled pre order

I just received an email that my preorder I placed in February has been caned. Customer service can not give me a reason why and cant rectify it. The item is still available to order online. Asked to speak to a supervisor but the said someone will call me back. IM STILL WAITING...... User's recommendation: Don’t buy from them.
