I was told a product was on back order and would be in on the 5th of July I called and E-mailed I waited 40 minutes to be told the product wouldn't be in until the 15th of July. So I was told 2 dates and the product never arrived no call, no E-mail and a rude customer service person. I canceled the order, and won't be using this company I got the product from Amazon same price I will get it in 2 days. I always try to use local companies but, after yesterdays call forget it. User's recommendation: Go to some other supplier.
