My ID number [protected], I have followed the cancellation process to deactivate my account on numerous occasions as per the other members and come across the same problems that I am directed to a phone number or skype account. I then contact yo on the website to receive the same automated email advising me to complete the deactivation on a web browser - that I have done! Kindly ensure that my account is deactivated before my trial period is up by the 8th May. I have numerous emails and screen grabs that prove that I have tried to deactivate over and over again!
