I spoke with customer service rep from your company, Brian, a short time ago. My problems with your fraudulent company should be documented in his notes. I am accepting the current charges to my credit card and the promise to reship the product which arrived totally melted in the mail (we are reshipping in December); CANCEL MY "subscription" and DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN!!!!!!! User's recommendation: BEWARE!
