Cancel service, unable to do online says the only 3 emails I have ever had don’t exist

I called with the number provided. It worked. I was transferred. I crossed my fingers they would not just hang up. Happens so many times with companies. I got a CSR, and he said because my email and address didn't match their files,. I couldn't cancel. I told him exactly, it's not me using my credit card, someone else is. I asked for his supervisor. 5 minutes later I got his supervisor. He understood the situation. And seems to have rectified it, I saw a credit return on my Visa, though I have still to get a subscription cancellation via email, so, fingers crossed that happens, or I will have to do this all over again next year. User's recommendation: Watch you credit card charges, and don't trust anyone. Never subscribe to anything, pay each year as necessary.
