Cancel my driver

I take lyft constantly. Everytime i get out of work. I just want to get home I book my ride 10 min befor i leave my driver cancels after 15 min of waiting and i am left waiting again untill 30 min after my shift it happenes everytime i book a trip. I have 5 stars i tip always whats the problem?
