I lost my e-mail address and microsoft help me get it back at a cost of $1.00. I was told that the $1.00 would be refunded. I was not told that I would be setting up an account with Tech Geek. This week I found out that I had an account (not known by me). My credit card had been charged $46,00 and I had to get the credit card company no to pay this amount to Tech Geek. I am still trylng to resolve this problem.. I was able to talked with a representative this week and was told that I had a 7 day trial period to decide whether I want to set up an account with Tech Geek (not known by me). If I had known about this trial period, I would have not agreed to it and and if I had agreed to it would have cancel it before the period period ended,
