Cancel Membership or get refund of $39.95

I purchased a flash light and was charged $9.95 for shipping on June 26,2021. I clicked something to get a free flash light case. Thought I was just getting the case, but I was charged $39.95 for membership. I don't want to be a member and want to get a refund of $39.95. How will I do this?
