Hi, I opened a new account on handy pro. The jobs I wanted to sign up for are furniture assembly, minor electrical jobs, minor plumbing jobs like installing faucets, and smart home set-ups. I was sent a cleaning job and would like to cancel the job. It is next Thursday, 8/12/2021 at 5 PM. I don't want to be charged for late canceling fee, I have tried many times to cancel the job, but I can't seem to be able to do that on the app. Please help!
