Cancel gamepass

I am unable to cancel the subscription and have been trying online through my account and have been trying for a half hour I just want it resolved or Im calling my bank to report fraud. Ive tried everything I can and there is no like to cancel subscriptions as you guys surely do not want to make it easy to get a refund.
