They put a fraud alert on my card and it took 6 hours of my time to get the card valid again. I had to go through the process before cancelling my card because they wouldn't give me my rewards credit until it was active again. They give their workers responsibility without authority to do the right thing. Awful company to deal with. User's recommendation: Don't use Capitol 1.
