We just bought our first loan and the mortgage was sent to loancare. We made our first payment but i cant get ahold of ANYONE for verify they received it. Ive sent 3 emails and left a voicemail on the to change address just to leave a voicemail somewhere. Not a single call back in the last 7 days!!! Beyond frustrating! User's recommendation: Cross your fingers you never have to deal with this company.
