The situation is simply absurd! My account was hacked 2 days ago and all this time I have been trying to negotiate with support. Yes, they answer my letters, ask additional questions, I answer them, but… I still haven’t gained access to my account! Something unreal is happening, a hacker right now has access to my account and is spending my money. It’s difficult to get through by phone; a couple of times I was redirected to other managers and the connection was lost. All this is still going on and I don’t know what to do. The loss has already amounted to $2000. I suspect it will be difficult to obtain compensation for the damage. I’m thinking about what to do next and I don’t recommend contacting Credit Karma.

If you are actual Representative of Credit Karma you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
