In August 2020 I signed up for TC Plus while I was with Direct TV for cable. In February 2021, I went to streaming with no cable and Xfinity WiFi. As a result I no longer have access to TC Plus. I can access in my phone but not my laptop or iPad and the customer satisfaction people at TC gave no explanation. I went back and forth with them for almost 3 weeks asking for a prorated refund. They told me last evening that their management team denied my request. A complete rip given its not my problem. I should be able to stream the app but cant. They were condescending throughout the experience. If I didnt love tennis I would even stop the tennis channel but I surely wont recommend TC Plus. User's recommendation: Don’t bother with TV Plus.
