I rec'd a pair of canvas shoes. The web site said they were true to size. They are not. They are at least one size smaller. I wrote to service@***.com twice &;;; they have not responded. I have been trying to call their phone # for day, even late at night. Always a busy signaBBeel. User's recommendation: Buyer BEWARE!!
