I have sent numerous emails and phone calls explaining the problems with their solar panel installation and cannot get them to give me a date they would come out and fix the problems, even though I have asked this question twice. So much for their customer service and warranty. The system was turned on 11-11-2020. Wish I had done my research before I allowed NM solar group do this installation. User's recommendation: Do your research on companies first.
