Can not get proper suppor

On 30th March 2021 I received a renewal email from Kaspersky unfortunately when I renewed my subscription my credit card was rejected. I updated payment details and believed all OK. I received an email on29 April 2021 from Paypal confirming my payment and then checked my bank account and they confirmed $125.99 had been debited from my account. Now my subscription cancelled AND NO HELP FROM KASPERSKY!
