Can not get my tickets on mobile app.

I have try to get in touch said 3 Hr. wait time. Bought tickets got order # but tickets have not showed up on mobile app. Left message for call back when they called it was a silent call on my mobile phone. What a joke stayed on hold for over 3 Hr. no one picked up. I would recommend not using stub hub. Beware.!!!!!
