Can not call brother !

Magicjack said they would take care of the problem but never did ! My brother is 65 and has parkinson's disease. I was able to call him when I had Spectrum but sense switching to Magicjack I can no longer call him ! I even paid for another year in advance ! I think I wasted my money ! User's recommendation: Buy at your own risk !
