Listen to all of the reviews about this company, I went through the same thing. Great price on a battery charger was listed then I receive an email stating there is a problem with my order. Called the company sat on hold for several minutes then got to speak to a guy who answers the phone "sales". He then pulls up my order and informs me it is on backorder. I asked how long til the item will be available and am told it will be quite some time, however this other version is available now. I told the man to cancel my order, as I realized that all of the warnings were true!
