So I bought several packs of cigarettes probably over to expand that kept breaking for some reason right where the filter meet the cigarette so I contacted them And told camel was going on they asked me to send at least one pack of them back and I did when they provide me a return label free of charge. so I did and they sent me a coupon in return for buy one carton get one free. I told them that no retailers would take the coupon since 99% said we have never seen that before. So Im stuck with a coupon which I greatly appreciate, However its still used to be due to no retailers being able to take it since they have never seen it before. I called today again and they are closed. So I will try again tomorrow. User's recommendation: Get buy one get one packs instead of a carton since no one will take it.
