Said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived at 6:50pm and finally server came out at 7/15pm. No other cars in parking spaces when I arrived. Called and and talk to one of the managers and he gave an excuse that they were busy with pick up orders. I told him there were no other cars in it to go order parking places when I arrived and I saw the server come to the door a couple of times looked out but never showed up. Have done quite a bit of business with cheddars and dont intend to do any in the future. I normally dont do this but I did not leave a gratuity because of the very poor service and And the manager excuse for the poor service. User's recommendation: Be aware.
