Very disappointing in Cusomecage.com product (. For the price I had to pay I cannot just let it go. There are too many issues. Here I will list just several of them - firstly: the replica is such quality that it is impossible for me to place into reptile cage because it will kill my pet: it is full of sand it is pouring off the rocks and V-shaped is not connecting to the base all shacking, reptile will not use "moving rocks" - second: 24" full spectrum combos is not made for reptile cage use. This is a kitchen light fixture with some plastic covering bulb what makes UVB not going through "physics 101". The installed bulb is not right for my pet . I was emphasizing during the placing order this is for the desert reptile and I use always 10.0 and yours is 5.0 The cage is not running yet, still working on installation and I'll be not surprised to find more defects at this point. The shipment delayed not just from facility it did not arrived on time even per delivery company schedule. Arrival was scheduled for 11/03/2017 and I received it on 11/06/2017 very late. (per original order the item should be delivered on Nov.1st. and arrived almost week later). I had to plan my two working days around it and jeopardize my job Regarding the price I paid (5250.95). By itemizing items looks like I have value just of basic cage and for such shipment usually company must give a refund. I do not know how customcages.com will act
