We spent over £4,200 on upgrading our solar panels & a new inverter. We were assured that scaffolding & boards would be used on our old roof, which had been surveyed by their 'expert'. The two installers arrived in a van, used no scaffolding or boards but merely clambered all over the slates on the roof - taking less than an hour to deal with 17 panels. Later, when rain dripped into our kitchen, they denied any responsibility for the broken slates and refuted our builder's report and our claim for under £250 to replace the damage they had caused. Terri West was totally unsympathetic and basically accused me, an 80 year old, of causing the damage myself!! Good equipment but crude roofing and poor after-sales.
