I sold some items to a buyer and firsft she says the items never arrived when they got sent to her address I tracked the item and it said it was with her local post office because she wasnt in at the time I tried to do a refill very for her three times and then she turned around and said the items was unauthentic just so she could get these things for free I went on her review page and this isnt the first time she has done this, this is her tactic and I didnt get compensated at all for this, simply refunded her, I dont think this is fair as I am not the only person this has happened to, the items she got for free costed over £100 out of my pocket and I was left struggling
