Buyer received item didn’t confirm and I have lost my money she gets to keep the dress and gets her money

Hi my name is helen percival I sold a dress on vinted to juilie Roberts I sent it by royal mail as I don't do the hermes method as I don't have a printer. Julie confirmed receipt of the dress on 9th June but she hasn't confirmed receipt of the package. Have emailed 3 times to confirm that she needs to inform vinted and she is ignoring me I don't want to lose out on the sale but I don't think it is fair for her to have her money refunded and keep the dress dress
