I purchased a unit on 9/1/2018, They will cover as mush problems as they can and only fix what is completely obvious. My unit had some issues when I picked it up, they didn't fix any of them, and so much for sealing the roof. The roof leaked first rain, the oil filter wasn't tightened and I lost 4 quarts of oil on the ride home. The awning I was promised would be adjusted 5 weeks prior wasn't. Best Preowned is a disgraceful operation, no integrity at all. I wouldn't allow them to work on my unit period. Basically thy are butchers hiding every flaw they can to get the unit out the door. Hoping everything is okay until they have your money and you are off site. BUYER BEWARE The negligence is almost unbelievable.
